Community Solutions
Community Solutions is a nonprofit which works to create a lasting end to homelessness that leaves no one behind. In the United States, they lead the Built for Zero movement to end veteran and chronic homelessness, and they have supported Advance to Zero and the Perth Zero projects in Australia since their inception.

Australian Alliance to End Homelessness (AAEH)
The Australian Alliance to End Homelessness (AAEH) is an independent champion for preventing and ending homelessness in Australia. We recognise that the scale of homelessness in Australia is both preventable and solvable and that despite the common misconception to the contrary, we can end homelessness in Australia. We are a community of practice that has, since 2013, supported organisations and local communities to work collaboratively to end homelessness in Australia, starting with rough sleeping.

Advance to Zero
The Advance to Zero Campaign is a groundbreaking national initiative of the Australian Alliance to End Homelessness that supports local collaborative efforts to end homelessness, starting with rough sleeping – one community at a time. Using a range of proven approaches from around the world communities are supported to not just addressing or even reducing homelessness, but to end it.

Noongar Mia Mia is an Aboriginal-led Community Housing Provider servicing Noongar boodja (country), provide culturally-appropriate housing, property management and tenancy support towards enhancing wellbeing and cultivating sustainable tenancies.

St Vincent de Paul

Short Term Accommodation for Youth (STAY) – Geraldton
STAY provides supported accommodation to young people experiencing homelessness. Young people aged 15 to 25 are eligible with a priority to those 15 to 19 years.

City of Rockingham

Youth Affairs Council of WA
